Took our 2006 in for repair. Two weeks later after our phone calls we were told it was fixed. Went up to get it next day, it wasn’t ready.( Right front headlight, air conditioner, oil change.)
After they did the Repairs, the air conditioning fan was too loud, the side mirrors no longer could be set, and the bumper under the headlight no longer seated correctly. I've always heard that a dealership is no better than their service department. Anthony Doss in the service department is reason enough to do business with Acura of Jackson! Ask for him if you need to get your vehicle serviced. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with updates! The waiting area, has a TV room with a charging station, free snacks and beverages, last but not least, a children's play area.

Don’t spend $1000 for windshield protection because it protects nothing. But they won’t tell you that. When you need your windshield replaced, you find that its not covered. Only dings that can be repaired with $5 and a trip to Walmart. The GM offered a refund when I complained

Worst experience I've ever had buying anything! Rude, pushy, then when I bought the used 2017 truck with 40k miles on it, I come to realize the following:

I wish there was a ZERO because they don’t even deserve a ONE. Sales sucks! Services is even worse. And they don’t ever call you back about your car! they say a lot but never no action to back up what they say! The owner needs to know what is going on at this dealership!

My Acura had an 8:00 am appoint ment for the airbag recall replacement. Was told i would have it back by 10:30 at the latest. At 3 pm i had gotten my car or heard from them, Called to find out what was going on and was told i was not in the system and they did not know where my car was or what was going on with it. The absolute WORST 😭 dealership to make an online purchase from because the salesman have no knowledge of their inventory! In 72 hours the vehicle went from available and processing my paperwork to being SOLD yet still showing on the website. Which left me without a automobile! 2/23/19

After they refused to replace the fog light within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle, I decided to chalk it up to bad service after the sale, bad customer service and just an all around bad dealership! I bought a New 2017 Acura RDX in July 2017. The buying experience was a complete nightmare that consisted of 3 different salesmen, 2 finance managers and 6 frustrating hours. I tried, politely, to leave several times but they kept insisting on making the sell. Finally, the deal was made and I was on my way! I purchased a car recently and was dissatisfied with the way the sales of the car was handled and the service after the sale has been substandard of what I thought a dealership of this caliber should be. It's been almost a year since I purchased my new TLX. Alan Moore and Johnathan McClendon made my buying experience a memorable one. Anytime I have questions, Johnathan always helps. Just bought an Acura MDX today! After test driving several SUV models at other dealerships, I went to Acura of Jackson. Wow! I was so impressed with the MDX and also, the exceptional staff. I live 2.5 hours from Jackson. In late summer of 2011 I brought my 2007 RDX to Acura of Jackson because my A/C would stop working intermittently (3 times a week at-least). We drove 8 vehicles when looking for a new vehicle. The salesmen here were by far the most knowledgeable about their product and treated us with respect. They were down to earth and easy to talk with. If they didn't know the answer to our question, which was rare, they made it a point to find out.
