I've always heard that a dealership is no better than their service department. Anthony Doss in the service department is reason enough to do business with Acura of Jackson! Ask for him if you need to get your vehicle serviced. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with updates! The waiting area, has a TV room with a charging station, free snacks and beverages, last but not least, a children's play area.

He had not known there was an issue, acted quickly and went well beyond what I expected to resolve the matter. They have my business.

It's been almost a year since I purchased my new TLX. Alan Moore and Johnathan McClendon made my buying experience a memorable one. Anytime I have questions, Johnathan always helps. And still to this day, he calls from time to time to see if I'm still enjoying the car. It's truly service beyond the sale, which is very rare.

Just bought an Acura MDX today! After test driving several SUV models at other dealerships, I went to Acura of Jackson. Wow! I was so impressed with the MDX and also, the exceptional staff. Alonzo Campbell was my sales person and answered all my questions almost before I asked! He had so much knowledge about all vehicles (cargo size, mpg, etc.). Alan Moore, the general manager was also outstanding and gave us a very fair deal. After purchasing our first Acura 9 years ago and having virtually no problems with it, we were interested in trading it in for another one. We shopped at several different places and found the pre-owned vehicles at Acura to be extremely clean. I have NEVER had a bad experience since I owned my Acura. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially Shemeeka. She does an excellent job to make sure that you are accommodated while at the dealership. With such great service, I will find it hard to buy another brand.

Acura of Jackson has by far the best service team in the state!! I have now owned (3) Acuras and its all because of the Service that I receive over and over from Team-Jackson. We drove 8 vehicles when looking for a new vehicle. The salesmen here were by far the most knowledgeable about their product and treated us with respect. They were down to earth and easy to talk with. If they didn't know the answer to our question, which was rare, they made it a point to find out. They were also not pushy and gave us time to think it through. Even after we bought the car and signed the paperwork, Johnny was still telling us great features about the car!
