Performance
The 2021 RDX edges out over the competition in exciting ways. Specifically, the RDX pulls 272 horsepower from a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbo aluminum-alloy engine. It is combined with a 10-speed auto transmission, paddle shifters, Sequential SportShift, and an optional all-wheel drive drivetrain. The base engine in the BMW X3 for 2021 is a turbo four-cylinder, a 2.0-liter design that puts out 248 horsepower.
Exterior
Throughout the exterior, the 2021 Acura RDX is both sophisticated and dominating. The rounded nose holds a crest-style grille outlined in chrome, a defined lower-front fascia, and spectacular LED headlights that uniquely taper toward the rear. The hood and front-wheel haunches express the RDX’s power. The roof and contouring on the sides angle toward the back of the crossover. In comparison, the 2021 BMW X3 has a look with relatively horizontal flow across the side definition, roof, and hood.
Interior
The modern, high-end feel that extends across the RDX’s exterior also carries directly inside the cabin. The sport leather seats are combined with extensive definition throughout the dashboard and console. The console has a step design that connects directly with the center stack. The stack flows effortlessly up and toward the rear. Interior equipment includes a navigation system, a push-button starter, push-button gear selectors, a high-end sound system, a navigation system, and more. The X3’s interior shows off a narrow touch display screen on top of the center stack. The stack has a layered look with long air vents sitting on top of the climate management system’s controls. This crossover may have leather seating, a sound system, rear controls for the climate management system, and other equipment.
