There are also four driving modes for the Integrated Dynamics system: Comfort, Snow, Sport, and Normal. Plus, the optional adaptive dampers are available with three unique profiles.

The 2023 RDX also has AcuraWatch technologies in all of its trim levels. These features include collision mitigation braking, a rear traffic monitor, low-speed follow with adaptive cruise control, a traffic sign reader, lane keeping assistance, a lane departure alert, a blind spot information system, forward collision mitigation, and road departure mitigation.
